I don’t usually post work features here, as they’re usually stored in my portfolio on my website, but I was pleased with this new column for Modern Gardens which features one of my lockdown illustrations. I don’t think I would have had time to work on these paintings, had it not been for the lull in my regular work and the loss of a contract during the peak of virus, and which thankfully I have now replaced with something else. This painting is the closest I’ve ever come to going viral on Twitter, with over 1,000 likes. That’s an event which will almost certainly never be experienced again! I am putting it here for posterity and I hope you enjoy reading the column, which will be out in the new issue of Modern Gardens.
